At Taleb by Ali Syed, we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. While we hope you are delighted with your order, we do not offer returns or exchanges under normal conditions. We only offer conditional exchanges if you experience quality issues with the product.
There is no return or exchange policy on unstitched collections.
If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality or workmanship, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once you submit a query, the Quality Department at Taleb by Ali Syed will review the issue and respond accordingly.
After evaluating the product, we may offer an exchange or store credit for future purchases in the case of a major fault.
